PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. By booking at the Forest Therapy Center Poland by WILK HILL LODGE in Zawoja, the tenant agrees to the inclusion of his personal data in the database. The data will only be processed for the purpose of processing the booking, to facilitate subsequent bookings and for marketing purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data. The above data will not be passed on or resold to third parties.

RODO INFORMATION CLAUSE

  1. Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ( hereinafter “RODO”), in force since May 25, 2018, we would like to inform you that the controller of your personal data is Centrum Terapii Leśnej Sp. z oo with registered office at 34-222 Zawoja 2748, registered in the National Court Register at District Court for Krakow Śródmieście in Krakow, XII. Economic Department under the KRS number 0001051300, NIP 5521735439.

Personal data is collected by Centrum Terapii Leśnej Sp. z oo. taking into account the security requirements and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the so-called RODO and the currently applicable provisions of Polish law.

  3. You have the right to request access to your data from the administrator and obtain a copy of your data, to rectify (change) your data, to delete your data, to restrict the processing of your data, to process your data on the basis of the authorized interest of the Controller – we will stop processing your data in this regard unless we can demonstrate that they are necessary for us to potentially establish, exercise or defend claims, to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
